Kristina and Megan’s Half marathon personal bests!

Kristina is an amazing athlete who came to me in December 2023 and wanted to improve her running. I designed a bespoke training plan for her to allow her to develop key areas of physique as well as her athletic abilities. Kristina achieved a recent personal best in her half marathon with 2:05. Kristina said she felt stronger than ever in her running and is now chasing to shave off a few minutes and get under 2 hours.

Megan came to me in August 2023. She wanted to improve her running performance and lose some body fat in addition to muscle gain. We started her training with strength work to help her improve her running and allow her to gain some muscle. We looked to keep her diet as unrestricted as possible while starting to pull off body fat. We looked to change daily routines in Megan’s life to keep her habits in line with her goals.

Team meet ups and progress photos

Photoshoots are a great way to get progress photos, no matter where you are on your journey. Trained by Zoe shoots take place twice a year and are an optional fun way to get some great photos!

My aim

It all begins with an idea. An idea to make fitness accessible, versatile, and functional. I aim to approach each client with not just a ‘one size fits all’ style but take my knowledge and experience to adapt training methods to fit into an individual’s lifestyle. I aim to show the versatility in a gym environment and help you find your way to a healthy lifestyle and physique.

My Specalities

I specialise in working with clients looking to transform their physiques, such as fat loss and muscle gain. I am looking to work with people who want to tone up and put on muscle mass. I have helped lots of women with physique and glute development, lots of males with building a strong upper and I always help my clients become strong and feel excellent in their skin. If you are looking to get into exercise and have some fun then we will be an excellent fit together!
