Online Coaching
How does it work?
Fully remote coaching is a very effective and useful form of coaching. ‘A personal trainer in your pocket’, most of my online coaching is ran via a coaching app called ‘Trainerize’ as well as messaging via WhatsApp. Online coaching works best for people who are responsive and able to build a coaching/client relationship in which I am able to learn about you and your body. The more I can learn preferences and responsiveness to different techniques to reach goals which means the faster results turnover for my clients. We will track progress through casual contact during their week and formal check-ins every week.
My online services currently range from clients who are looking to get into working out and haven’t got a lot of experience, to seasoned gym goers who are looking to change their body composition and upgrade their current gym split and habits. I am also working with athletes who are looking to get into running and bodybuilding, having competed in bodybuilding shows myself and lots of my clients running half and full marathons!
Build it.
The coaching application I use ‘Trainerize’, allows you to track your workouts via your phone. Each movement is built from my exercise library in which I choose videos and write key points for each exercise programmed. This makes your journey each time you step in the gym seamless and easy to progress. In addition to the programming you will also have access to an online profile where we can track relevant biometrics such as, photo progression, steps, HRV, weight etc. What is necessary to track varies per person but its very handy to have all your data in one place.
