Personal training sessions

How does it work?

Due to my current location, personal training sessions take place at Thrive personal training studio, full location in the footer below. During our hour-long session, I will take you through a workout curated to your individual goals as well as physical capabilities. I make a point of including movements which you will find challenging and aim to push you outside your comfort zone. I look to make your weakness another one of your strengths and show you that you can achieve more than you thought possible.

Sessions will be used to perfect technique, optimise training intensity and allow for physical assessments to help adjust exercises to fit your body.

Build it.

Outside of our sessions, I will program all of your workouts I use a coaching application called ‘Trainerize’. Which allows you to track your workouts via your phone. Each movement is built from my exercise library in which I choose videos and write key points for each exercise programmed. This makes your journey each time you step in the gym seamless and easy to progress. In addition to the programming you will also have access to an online profile where we can track relevant biometrics such as, photo progression, steps, HRV, weight etc. What is necessary to track varies per person but its very handy to have all your data in one place.
